I am the founder and realtor behind Edgemont Properties. I live with my husband and two young kids on a small hobby farm in southern Williamson County — goats, donkeys, chickens, and all. Middle Tennessee is home, and watching this region grow is a big part of why I love what I do.
 
I’ve been in real estate for over 25 years, starting with managing a brokerage in Green Hills and expanding into nearly every corner of the industry. I’ve handled Section 8 housing, commercial and multi-asset sales, strict ARV fix-and-flips, land deals, development planning in Williamson and Maury Counties, and high-value transactions, such as the sale of Rock Harbor Marina in 2021.
 
I bring 10 years of title and conveyance knowledge, a strong network of lenders and bankers, and a straightforward process that prioritizes facts over fluff. My clients include first-time buyers, long-term investors, out-of-state portfolio owners, and multi-million-dollar developers. They count on me to keep them informed, prepared, and protected as the market shifts.
